Selection in detail
Carefully following all steps of the entire selection process there is little chance for a wrong choice. In specific cases however we conduct a complete pre-employment screening containing a thorough reference check and a complete CV verification.

A reference check is standard in our selection at all projects. The goal is an extending measure in the application procedure, nothing more nothing less. We check for:

• Concrete behaviour of the candidate in his/her career;
• Integrity and consistency of the candidate;
• A final check on specific competencies;
• Does the candidate make a proper estimation of the chosen referees?

Our pre-employment screening digs even deeper. Besides a Declaration of Good Behaviour there is a check on obtained diplomas, on the specific job titles in work history, achieved results and honours. We always maintain the rules of the Law of Protection of Personal data (WBP) and make sure that at the start of the application process a candidate is aware of this screening (…which immediate works in a preventive way).
